BOW AND ARROW is the main theme of the Medalist anime, produced by Kenshi Yonezu. It made its debut in TV-size alongside the first episode, and the full version was released on January 27, 2025.

An official music video was released on March 5th, 2025, featuring a short program choreographed and performed by Japanese figure skater and Olympic gold medalist Yuzuru Hanyu. On March 13th, 2025, a second video showcasing the complete Short Program from the original music video was released.
