Story[]
Skaters #2 to #5, Sakina Anaguma, Yotsuha Ushikawa, Sana Niwatori, and Kurumi Risu, perform next.

Sakina opens with a successful 3Lz3Lz but falls on the following 3F3F. Yotsuha falls on her first 3F3F but follows with a successful 3T3T + 2T2T. Sana starts strong with a successful 3S3S + 2Lo2Lo. Kurumi falls on her first 3Lo3Lo. Despite their setbacks, each skater fight fiercely to recover, cherishing the journey that led them to this moment. Later, they execute their respective spins. Sakina transitions into an I-spin, Yotsuha into a Broken Leg, Sana into a Beillmann, and Kurumi into a free leg behind position.
The four skaters earn scores of 69.98, 53.77, 63.26, and 62.43 respectively. As the competition unfolds, Koichi begins to gain an appreciation for the hard work behind the scenes, and realizes the unforgiving nature of the figure skating world. Inori and Tsukasa also also come to recognize the intensity of the contest — without the overwhelming presence of the prodigy Hikaru, every skater is truly battling for victory.

It is time for the six skater, Manaka Roba, to take the ice. From this point on, either the current skater or the one in 5th place will be eliminated. Unlike most skaters who put their best jumps first, she saves her best jump for the second half for the 10% bonus. Manaka executes her first 5 elements without issue, but falls twice on her sixth and seventh. However, she recovers and performs two combos in a row, including her best jump, a 3T3T + 2T2T + 2Lo2Lo, which receives the second half bonus. She scores 72.62, placing first and knocking out Yotsuha.

Waka Umitsuki scores 49.86 and melts in tears, burdened by a significant disadvantage of not having a rink near home. Her coach, Misashi Kumanomi, gently encourages her to take one step at a time and try again next year. With Group 1 all finished, practice time for Group 2 begins. As Koichi recognizes Inori, Mamoru is struck with a sense of camaraderie, realizing he has found fellow Inori fans.
After practice time, Yuna Yagi of Meikoh Wind FSC, who has trained under Coach Shinichiro longer than anyone else, even Hikaru, promises to bring home the gold and prove that Shinichiro's Meikoh Wind is the best club in Nagoya.
