Story[]
Block Tournaments from the other regions of Japan are held, and the participants in the All-Japans are determined.
In the spotlight is the newly founded Starfox FSC of Tokyo, led by U.S. Olympic gold medalist Reilly Foxx, whose student, Ako Koara, claimed gold at the Tokyo Block. Her casual, affectionate personality in daily life contrasts sharply with her elegant, refined appearance on TV. Another skater, Kiyoka Kosuzume from Yamabiko FSC, is introduced, having placed second in the Hokkaido/Tohoku Block. She is seen dreaming of her grandfather, who once built a rink for her and will be attending the All-Japans to watch her compete.
Ema Yamato scores 80.01 in the Kinki Block but only manages to place seventh, failing to qualify for the All-Japans. Yudai struggles to find the right words to console Ema, given her already strong performance. However, Ema reassures him that he doesn't need to, still holding onto the memory from the West Japan Championship and remaining determined to keep her head up. In first place is Suzu Kamoto, who breaks 100 points.

A week after the block meet, Yudai discusses finalizing routines with Rengecha's head coach, Chokaku Kamegaya. Chokaku, however, insists on waiting until they observe the other skaters at the open practice. Aside from the seeded skaters Hikaru, Ako, Kiyoka, and Ran, he is particularly concernd about a certain girl from Niigata.

Meanwhile, Inori watches as Kakeru and Kohei train with Miku Ahiru. Miku successfully lands a Triple Lutz, and when Inori checks the rankings from all the Block Meets, she finds Miku in second place overall with a score of 91.10, just below Suzu. With some time left, Kakeru asks Miku if she wants to attempt a Quadruple Toe Loop. However, insisting that the upcoming competition involves all three of them, she defers the decision to Kohei, who decides against it.
Chokaku names Miku Ahiru, the gold medalist of the Hokkaido/Tohoku block. He likens her to a golden egg, predicting that she is on the verge of hatching at the All-Japans.
