Ran Ogumo (Japanese: 大蜘蛛 蘭 Oogumo Ran) is a figure skating athlete from Fukuoka Park FSC. She is first introduced as a seeded skater at the All-Japan Championships.

Member of a talent agency; she aimed to become an actress or idol. She's also modeled for kids' fashion magazines since early on.
Figure skating was one of many after-school lessons she took, but after winning silver in the All-Japan Novice event last year and skating overseas, she began to waver a bit. She's taking on less entertainment-related work now.

Ran first appears in the story as a seeded skater, placing first in the Chugoku/Shikoku/Kyushu Block Tournament.[1] At the All-Japan Novice, Ran skates in Group 2 and scores 102.03.[2] The following year, Ran is seen at a training camp in Osaka held by the federation, and later at the All-Japan Junior.[3][4]
